In this 3-session generative workshop, participants will learn about the life and legacy of 20th-century sonnet virtuoso Edna St. Vincent Millay. Through Millay’s work, we will explore the power and potential of the sonnet form, especially as a tool for resistance. Participants will apply concepts from our discussion in composing their own sonnets. Writers of all levels of experience are welcome!
